Maturation: 6 months in steel and partly in barrel
Ageing in glass: 6 months
Alcoholic content: 13% vol.

Maceration without stalks at a controlled temperature of 28°C for 8/10 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in steel, followed by maturation always in steel with a small part in 32 hectolitre barrel for 6 months.
